New eCourts Kiosks Are Here!

June 27, 2025 by Tarrah Callahan

Beginning in June, eCourts kiosks will be available in 8 counties: Alamance, Cabarrus, Cumberland, Durham, Guilford, New Hanover, Onslow, and Union.

🔹 What can you do at a kiosk?

✅ Search court dates and case info
✅ E-file documents
✅ Make payments
✅ Use printers, scanners & more

“These kiosks are the next step in ensuring robust public access to the court system,” said NCAOC Director Ryan S. Boyce. “For those without internet access, kiosks are a convenient way to take advantage of the tools eCourts provides.”

📲 Powered by the Judicial Branch’s digital case system, kiosks provide access to:

  • Portal for court searches
  • File & Serve for filing
  • Guide & File for step-by-step legal forms

🗂️ These tools bring 24/7 access to justice, streamline workflows, and reduce wait times at clerk offices—modernizing the way North Carolinians interact with the courts.
